1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated by okkt Casino Philippines ("okkt", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") at the domain okkt.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, or progressive web applications thereof ("the Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. okkt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The okkt Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. 2.3 Other Eligibility Conditions

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your okkt account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus") indicating the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered. Different games may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on games not eligible for bonus wagering does not count toward requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to expiry dates as specified in individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins that expire without meeting wagering requirements are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any okkt content without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if okkt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming session data resulting from technical failures.

okkt's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their okkt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes okkt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

okkt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies with all PAGCOR requirements in this regard. As a condition of using the okkt Platform, you agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided when your gambling activity gives you cause for concern.

10.1 Player Obligations

okkt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; bonus abuse; multiple account creation; or prolonged inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months).

Upon account closure for cause attributable to the player (e.g., breach of Terms, fraud), okkt reserves the right to withhold all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance that cannot be evidenced as legitimately deposited and won through fair play. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents okkt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent imminent harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okkt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the okkt Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your balance, contact support before the effective date of the changes.
